I designed the full app experience starting from wireframes to visual design, incorporating features like service selection, scheduling, and payment flow. The app is clean, modern, and user-focused.

Challenge
SwiftWash needed a simple and functional mobile app that allowed users to schedule laundry pickups, choose services (washing, ironing, cleaning), and track orders. The main challenge was to ensure the flow was intuitive for all users, especially those unfamiliar with laundry tech services.
Results
The final design provided a seamless ordering experience with an organized home screen, clear service options, and straightforward navigation from login to payment. Users could complete orders with minimal effort, and the client appreciated the clean layout and overall usability.

Research & Analysis: I reviewed competitors and researched laundry service trends. I noted key features like order tracking, service selection, and wallet integration.
Information Architecture: I structured the flow to include a home dashboard, service selection, pickup scheduling, payment, and tracking.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Usability Testing: We conducted usability tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, we made necessary adjustments to the design.
Visual Design & Style Guide: A cool blue and white palette gave it a fresh, clean feel. Icons and buttons were designed to be simple and modern.
